At Extraordinary Vacations, we sell digital travel products that are delivered electronically. Unlike physical products, digital items cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded. Therefore, we have a strict refund policy to protect the integrity of our products and prevent misuse.
2. Digital Product Delivery
All digital products are delivered via:

Direct email with a download link. Delivery is considered complete when the product is made available for download or access.
3. All Sales Are Final
Unless specifically stated otherwise, all sales are final. Once a digital product is delivered or accessed, no refunds will be provided except under the conditions listed in the Refund Exceptions section.

14. License Revocation After Refund

- Your license to use, download, or distribute the digital product is automatically revoked.
- You must delete all copies of the product from your devices and storage.
- We may take legal action if refunded products are found in use.
15. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a violation of this Refund Policy.
Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to:
Permanent account suspension.
Legal action.
Reporting to the payment gateway’s fraud monitoring system.
